when it comes to carbs im all about my oats, air popped popcorn, pumpkin,cereal, and apples. in that order
You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.
It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

I eat wheat pasta everyday; its where the majority of my carbs come from.
At my local grocery store I get a box of it (7 servings) for only $1.09 so its cheap too; and I make one box last two days.
As for bread, I havnt eaten any for a long time but when I did I ate Dave's Killer Bread. It's packed with fiber and protien but its kind of on the spendy side (nearly 4$ a loaf)."Government is founded on property;

conquest is founded on power;

Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

All carbs are absoluely not created equally... Go live off of pixie stix and see what happens. Brown rice is the best IMO. Slowest burning, most organic, most versitile cooking wise. Its hard to take anyone seriously who intentionally doesnt eat rice. It should be a part of everyones diet and is only interchangeable (comparable quality wise) with sweet potatoes or quinoa.

In order: white rice, homemade bread, and pasta.
Personal preference.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
