    Different Creatines for pre and post workout?

    I have been taking creatine monohydrate pre and post for a long time, recently started taking con-Cret pre work out... Should I still take monohydrated post work out?

    Thanks for the replies every one.

    I guess I'll stick to just taking con-Cret as directed pre workout. And not worry about taking creatine post.

    Unless any one has any other recommendation or creatine advice?

    con-cret pre is just fine. 2-3 scoops(depending on body weight) will be enough for the day.
