Tried crossfit for the first time ever this morning at 5:30 am. It was tougher than I thought. Not a fan of it but I did it to up my cardio. Did biceps afterwards.

good stuff, i got off day today.
nah lulz i've been a fatty for awhile.
Lol, that is my goal I'm currently at 335 but will hit 405 at the rate I'm going at. There is no need to squat heavy if your back hurts from it or even squat at all. There are always alternatives which I will probably start using when I become like old farts like you guys =P.

Mornin' to all the yellow boys and girls.
Skin felt thinner this morning so the cut is still moving in the right direction though slowly. Strength seems to be holding fairly well, but i have been losing a rep on the heavy sets on exercises. So I am definitely losing a little bit from cutting.

Just wondering what yu asian brothers eat when bulking? been chubby all my life and just lost alot of weight, im going to be doing my first bulk pretty soon here and just want to get an idea of what to eat, im guessing lots of rice, meat, pho, and viet subs?

haha sorry about that didn't mean to be lacist! after cutting for so long I think eating everything in sight sounds good to me Man I remember in junior high when my Korean friends Mom's would bring gimbap and kalbi over to my house, best food ever lol. I could never eat kim chi straight though, I always had to eat it with rice and meat

Just made some beef and broccoli for dinner (this is half since I just ate the other half LOL)...
Beef, broccoli, onions, chopped ginseng (suppose to be good for my asthma), couple asian peppers chopped, bell peppers, some garlic powder, some black pepper, a little bit of olive oil

lol. Kobayashi is awesome!
But i had so many hotdogs that were all precooked in the fridge so i just kept eating them everyday. But because it was basically the same food everyday, it meant same calories everyday. So it was easy to know if I was eating too much or too little everyday.
If i didn't lose weight, just cut 1 thing out.My vids

I have been quiet.. nearly hospitalized because of PILES.. gosh scared me out of ****e, it was damned painful. I wonder how on earth the "thing" can grow so fast.. I was hiking happily on Sat morning, then in the afternoon while bathing and cleaning, found a lil weird thing, I thought it could be due to "heatiness".. by evening I felt much more discomfort, can't sit upright. By night I couldn't sleep, went and admitted hospital midnite (sweat).. Was told by doc that my piles was serious and it's 3.5cm (can't believe it!!!! Was stunt).. They claimed it has to be operated because it was serious.. I buy time til morning (with pain killer and sleeping pill to put off myself).. Called some friends to get 2nd, 3rd opinions, none of them advised to operate because they had bad experience and it would relapse too even after operation.. Recommended some kinda Chinese herbs, then another guy drove all the way from another town to pass me "salted lychee" soaked for more than a year (trust me it works like magic!!!!).. Basically with these 2 Chinese med, I'm nearly 100% cured. I rested on Sun & Mon.. I walked back into gym on Tues... Though not completely subsided but I can run and jump already..but not advisable to exert pressure to midsection or lower back, I can't do abs works .. Thanks! That's my recent bad encounterEveryday Is A New Discovery!

Sup sup brahs! At the clinic yet once again... seems like the same symptoms keep coming up. I'm pretty convinced now that it's my house ventilation system that makes me sick. Being that it's an older house, built in the 70s, everything sucks ass. Whenever I'm not in the house, my coughing and weezing is minimal, but in the house I have a really hard time breathing ugh.
