I have taken a few falls of many angles. It's the only way to improve your skills. My worse fall was going head first down a 30 foot drop, I ended up breaking some rubs.

4s or regular? Nice pics and damn props on continue going even after you broke ribs. I've always wanted to go hiking but none of my friends are down for that.

Maybe it's just because I am fat but I'm 18lbs down since January 2nd until today and my lifts have done nothing but go up...

I'll probably be on same boat once I start losing weight.. but it's probably because you got your macros and stuff in check. Btw, how do I look at your meal plan for the day on fitnesspal? I'm total noob on it.

Hey guys, haven updated on my cut for a month, but here is the final product, I hope this motivates some of u brothers who are on a cut as well, cheers!

I looked at the mirror today and finally decided it's time to end my cut. I have reached my goal weight of 138 lbs, but just a little bit above my goal BF%. I realized that putting on more quality mass is going to have a greater impact on my physique than continue to cut further and become super light weight.

It has been a great journey. I have learned so much and changed so much over this cut, and I am looking forward to my next long bulk.

Will check back in 3 months into bulk with pics. Feel free to ask any questions.

Nothing, I used to eat 3 times a day but since switching to eating 6-7 times a day help controlled my hunger.

i did this two years ago when i first started and probably had the most success w/ dieting, but then i had all that time to prep a million meals for the day.

I got use to no breakfast. I give myself one cheat day on either sat or sun.My cardio just went up since I am doing the outdoor stuff now.

well actually, I am just gonna up my calories by 300 a week to slowly get back to maintenance and finally 300 over maintenance in about 3-4 weeks. This meal was just my own little award for the cut :P.

I did 3x moderate swimming cardio a week, 25 minutes each.

I think your first offense is a fine and a suspensed license. Always got a couple myself in my younger years. So glad that I am no longer an alcoholic.

Get a lawyer. 99 percent of my friend who got their 1st DWI got a slap on the wrist the first time. It costs them a lot of money but they didn't have to go to treatment or spend time in jail.
