So I grabbed this incline bench and dude next to me was on flat bench and turned to me and said he was using incline also. I was in no mood and usually pretty cool with everybody but to take two benches in an already crowded gym was bogus. I told him "I'm using it too" he gave me bert stare and grabbed another one and started doing 25lb DB incline presses followed by biceps curls. It was a two part routine and I bert stared him back with a Da Fock face!

How do you cook your tilapia? I read lots of people like it but I don't want to buy a whole bag and force myself to it it like I did for chicken breast. For some reason I can't do anything to make it taste good until I get a propane grill then it'll taste better I hope. Finally finished that bag of chicken breast and picked up a bag of breaded chicken breast since it tastes way better.
And just got back from the gym. I hate it when I space out since I get really tired. Was staring and I happen to be looking at a whale's direction and she thought I was checking her out so fuking LULZ.

TBH I don't like Tilapia because it tastes like mud. My mom was watching kids so she made some up. Wife likes Tilapia but me not so much. I was hungry and I ate it anyways. I find fried or broiled with cajun seasoning is the only way I can eat it though.

here's a quick and common filipino recipe for tilapia.
chop onions and tomatoes (i sometimes put celery too). mix them together with some salt and pepper. stiff inside the tilapia's belly. then steam or grill them.
put some lemon on the steam water.
make sure to wrap tilapia in foil if they're scaled already.
lol not a good cook here. but that's a common way to cook em here. and by far my favorite tilapia dish. no oil needed in cooking it. enjoy.FLIP GAMEOVER CREW

Bummer that you're getting sick Schmack. Hope you recover soon! Have you tried oil of oregano? You can get it at any health store. Comes in a little bottle with a dropper. Put 3-6 drops in about 2oz of hot water. Shoot it back then chase with some lemon water. I swear it helps to prevent getting sicker and to get better.Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013
