My dad's dad had a full head of hair, with a bit of a receding hairline, when he died in his 70s.
I'm just screwed, actually. Though, I've been going more gray than I have bald... And the thinning comes from the whole hooplah of stress I went through the last couple of years.Proud member of Team Ogre

Started losing my hair in my mid twenties.Never gave a s***, I just keep it shaved close to my head as much as possible.Scares the hell out of bootcampers...Funny thing is though , with the hair I have left there is no grey-strange.

Happy Friday, its just another day of the week for this kid
I got through my new program this week for training. Alot of superset and tripleset, something to which I am not used to doing. However I will git'er done as I do not have to think about any of it for myself, kind of nice to be honest.
Day 8 of diet.....down 3 lbs, hoping that is for real....No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

JUst gotta stick with it man.SOmtimes it seems like your not loosing when you actually are, can't go by just the scale. What can happen is after depleating some fat cells your body fills the cells with water giving you what some people call squishy fat because the felling the fat get afterwards. After some time your body flushes the stored water and you have a quick weight drop again. Its the reason why some people that are on a diet after a night of heavy drinking have a sudden drop in weight. I've platued many times but I just stick with it and change things up every now and then when it seems like my body is adjusting to my diet. I also sometimes go a week or two without any change in weight and then 5 lbs will just seem to fall off. Just something to consider.
