Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
Yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely.
If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.

Fell off the wagon before x-mas with a sinus infection and lost my drive to workout eat right and everything associated with training. Wasn't until Jan till my doc gave me antibiotics. Sucked being sick for almost 3 months. Went to Key West Florida for a few weeks and got myself back into the gym. Hopfully I can stick with it now without getting sick again. Although this time Im just cutting until I reach 170-175lbs and then Ill build from there.

Didn't see this mentioned... Anyways it's free to workout at Goodlife Fitness this week. I took advantage of this at the Steelestech location and all I did was sign in. A personal trainer did come up to me and made some talk asking how I'm doing and if I needed any help. Guess he knew that I was a new "customer." It was quite busy. I got there just before noon. Lots of people doing cardio and not so much doing weights. I wish they had more free weights... They had a lot of machines. They didn't have a Chin Up bar, yet they had three assist chin up machines. While I could make do with that, the handles are weird. My palms weren't facing me or facing in front... They were facing towards each other if I wanted to do standard grip chin ups. I'd have to do wide-grip chin ups if I wanted my palms in the proper way.
Still deciding what gym to join... Downtown Ryerson is too far to travel to just workout... I want somewhere close but don't want to get scammed..

Welcome back and good luck with the training, I always find it hard starting up again after being away from it for a while.
I am still going to try and make it but my wife's been having contractions for the past week so everything is being played by ear right now...there better be lots of pics though if I can't go.
Do you know Heather well? I grew up just down the road from her and I work with her hubby now.L.E.O.
