Got my BB.com order the yesterday.....Flexy - Recoupe Orange is nom nom nom....I will keep the other BCAA I bought for morning fasted cardio and then the Recoupe for post workout since it has all the B's, BCAA and Glutamine.

I need to make sure I conserve enough funds to go!. I biked to work today, about 15-20k in total. It was a cool ride but nice to get done. Gonna try getting alot more of that in this year for my prep...of course if I am allowed...
