I trained chest/tri's yesterday, and I've decided to set back day for tomorrow. Today was basically a rest day, but I did a little calf work.
My preworkout meal:
Mashed Potatoes mixed with carrots, salad, chicken and fish oil.
Standing Calf Raise: BW-failure (98 reps)

If you want to get stronger, especially on deadlifts and squats... Try and do double and triple sets.
My advice: Look into Westside Barbell and 10x3. That will get your strength exploding. (Westside Barbell is specifically made for athletes)
