Just bought some of this from vitamin world.... Says take 2 a day on the bottle.....what do you guys recommend

I personally do 4 a day. 2 caps pre and 2 caps post, and plus that will give you 3g of KA which is the most you need. You can start out with 2 and see how that works, but I personally saw better results at 4 a day (but I am also over 200lbs).

The bottle accutaly says 2 pills twice a day...so I guess that would be 4.... Do I really need to take it on off days? Also someone said 3g's a day... These are 1.5g's a piece....do I really need 6g's a day?

.75 a piece. 1.5g per serving. 2 servings a day. Just take them whenever you remember. Timing isn't really important with creatine.Originally Posted by mxracer394

Take 2 caps 30-60 mins before your workout then 2 caps after your workout. On days off take 2 caps whenever.Originally Posted by mxracer394
