Is this just an arbitrary number some bodybuilder decided that is optimal?
I weigh 105kg and have started for the last 2 months to only eat 100grams of protein and I notice no difference in size and strength in comparison to when i previously ate 200-300grams a day.
I noticed also on Nasser's website that he only consumes 100g of protein a day while bulking. He is obviously on hormones, but you would think he would require more protein.
Or am I missing something?

Research generally supports the notion that from 0.54 grams to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight is sufficient, with the higher end of intake being more effective during a cut.*
