    upper chest lagging....

My upper chest is lagging behind a lot. When I do incline bench press my shoulders do a lot of the work. My shoulders are really big compared to my upper chest. How can I target my upper chest to catch up with my shoulders?

Try to pinch your shoulder blades together while you do the movement.
