My profile picture is what you see now, I still look in the mirror and feel very insecure about it- but I do want your 100% honesty. I am trying to fill it in at least a little bit with some pec muscle.
How do you guys think I'm doing so far?

Wow! I have a mild case of this (less noticeable than your first pic although I am not as skinny so it's probably the same) and was told lifting would make it look normal. Now I'm sure, you look great bro.
