    I'd really like to be able to do more pullups and I've seen routines suggested similar to this. How many days a week would you reccommend doing pullups? Also, will this routine increase size or strength?

    How does this work for squats? I squat 275 for reps now and doesn't seem squatting body weight will do anything muscle or strength wise for my legs coming from that

    I do calisthenic workouts if I cant get to a gym (usually if the school gym is closed for a break like 2 weeks or more) And it helps me keep whatever size I obtained.

    Pull ups are seriously one of my favorite exercises.

    But for me, almost always if someone has access to a gym, I'd recommend that first, but thats my opinion. keep doin what you do Omega!
