I can probably do this with pushups.
EDIT: I can do about a 4 inch raise on a pull-up now instead of just hanging there though It's slowly comingMakes bout $350/week crew ( srs )

I do calisthenic workouts if I cant get to a gym (usually if the school gym is closed for a break like 2 weeks or more) And it helps me keep whatever size I obtained.
Pull ups are seriously one of my favorite exercises.
