I always do wide grip, never thought theirs a diffrence. But ive been researching, seems like dere is. So just wanted anyones opinion. Which is better.

Difference? Yes.
Wide grip recruits more teres muscles (they are located at the upper/outer region of your back, just below and inward of your rear delts). A standard width grip pullup/down will tend to focus more on the meat of the lats itself.
A narrow grip (tends to be best achieved by a underhand/supinated grip or IMO a narrow hammer grip) will focus more on the lower lats.
I, personally, prefer to use both a very wide grip to help hit my teres muscles harder (I think they look good whenever highly developed) and then using close hammer grip chins. I figure emphasizing upper/lower lats and letting the middle get the carryover of both does both well.
If you want to be extra thorough, use 3 different width grips.
Many will argue the "all or nothing" rule, that if you activating a muscle fiber, it fires across its length. That is true, but it doesn't fire equally across its length.-
