Needed to pull 435 to hit the 1,000 lb mark. Pulled 405 (PR) tried pulling 415 and couldn't lock it out.. No gloves, no chalk, just a belt
Squat - 315
Bench - 250
Frustrating to say the least. Going to take a week to deload on squats and try to get better form. I feel like it's good but I guess it could get better. Getting low enough, feels comfortable but I feel like switching up my stance a little could help. No vids, sorry.

Edit: I guess the reason I chose squats is because I feel like its the weakest. Feel like I could do more for my size.

I know what you mean. I am 18lbs short of hitting the 1k.
There is no spoon.

Not as long as you'd think. Here is an idea of what I was able to accomplish in 1 hard year of training:
Deadlift: 2010=315lb max ; 2011 500lb max
Bench: 2010=225lb max ; 2011 315lb max
Squat: Unfortunately was unable to squat all year due to patella tendonitus in both of my knees. However, 2007 =225lb max ; 2008=365lb max.
Find the right workout, follow the right diet, and push yourself to the limit.

I honestly think I could make it up through my DL quicker than I could through my squat or bench, lol. I pulled a 425x3 on Tuesday, and was much easier with a better warmup than last time I did it. I think next time I can go for more.
I have been working on my squat form a lot though, maybe see better results next week. There is no spoon.

Eh. Not as close as you, bud.
420 dead, 315 squat, 225 bench.
So embarrassing. :/
brb I bench as much as guys I know used to do in the 8th grade (srs). 960 total isn't terrible considering I've been lifting correctly for less than 6 months.
About to do Smolov Jr for bench and squat and I'm 100% confident I'll break 1k before the new year.

If everything goes as planned I should be hitting 1000k just around new years. If not a few weeks after.
I am cutting so my strength gains are not as fast as they could be but I have yet to stall on any lift so far.
Good luck on hitting 1K OP. I will max out on the first or a few days before and hopefully I can squeeze
1k out of my ass without passing out. lol
