    The scientific route

    I have steadily fluctuated from 220lbs down to 200lbs and back and forth in the past year. My body fat % has dropped 2% the entire time... While i'm gaining extreme muscle mass, and becoming much stronger I would like to lean out a bit.

    BMR = 370 + (21.6 x76)=1641+370 = 2011
    Where LBM = [95 x (100 - 20)]/100====76
    using emma's formula
    I work out doing cardio/strength/resistance training at least 5 times a week. Using an activity variable of 1.6
    2011x1.6=3218 kcals daily....cut about 20% out..and that brings me roughly to 2500 calories a day...

    If anyone sees anything wrong with my math or if i've missed anything please let me know.
    I'm currently experimenting with intermittent fasting... so i'm going to be fitting the 2500 calories into a four hour spread.

    This is my base thread and i plan to add much more on periodically.
