Yeah.. Not many chomp down vegetables all day, and with precise balance. So we can't get enough nutrients, eh?
I'm sure a lot of you take supplements, but most of them are garbage.
Additives. fillers, etc.
I gathered a list of "elite supplements" that I checked thoroughly reading every ingredient in the back, and researching the ones I didn't have knowledge on.
Each one is just GOLD. If it doesn't help at all, you were already Good in that department.
