And 135 x 3 dips = ****in beast!!! I think that's also my PR for that weight, but you're a little heavier which makes it more impressive for sure. GJRBM.

thanks man. its been a few years since i did so it was just that time
and im glad i was able to hit the 3 plates. (ive been easing off for a while now)
i think i had 1-2 more reps in me but i didnt want to push it.

the TMIs were great. didnt use much weight but its good to stretch the chest in 3 motions.

dips were fun. sadly we dont have big chains. i used a padded belt this time but usually i just throw a chain around my waist
