    what a difference training atmosphere can make. the row video is from when i had to train in a crappy commercial gym. now i have a private powerlifting gym and play what i want. I'm also very excited....getting a monolift and competition bench on monday. after i get those, i'll have every piece of equipment i could ever want. it's perfect.

    that pic is from one of my first bodybuilding comps when i was 18. i'm in black, second from the left. i competed through my twenties and then have been competing in powerlifting through my thirties.

    here's the pic a bit bigger. not bad for 18 i don't think.

    I'm rowing 175 and benching 185. Rows feel much easier though. I go up 5-10lbs every time, just started doing them. I have no doubt that my rows are going to vastly out power my bench in no time.
