what a difference training atmosphere can make. the row video is from when i had to train in a crappy commercial gym. now i have a private powerlifting gym and play what i want. I'm also very excited....getting a monolift and competition bench on monday. after i get those, i'll have every piece of equipment i could ever want. it's perfect.
