I've used one in the past and really like it. I've been able to tighten it up extremely tight due to its design and have increased my squat and deadlift with it. Hope that helps

This is the opinion I heard from a sponsored lifter: "The only reason I use it is because I get it for free. I wouldn't pay for one if I wasn't sponsored."

HMm, if they were smart they could have removed that belt much easier by cutting the webbing instead.

I like my regular lever belt, works plenty fine for me, although only complaint is adjustability, that one looks like the metal on it would cause some issues.

I used mine in a Nasa meet and they never said anything about it during equipment inspection and they were pretty strict, they even made a guy cut 3 inches off of his knee wraps during inspection or he couldnt use them.

I got the red one for christmas last year. I friggen loved it for squatting. The crank gets in the way for deadlifting and feels awkward turning it around. I loved the litle micro cranks the get just the perfect tightness around the waste. The guy getting stuck was retarded in that video, he couldve just cut the strap. It came off and on really easy once you got use to it.
