Theres no reason any vehicle shouldnt reach 150k miles with semi-decent maintance. Theres a 1979 ford bronco in my family that has seen the odometer roll over four times on oil changes and tune ups. Engine got a mild performance cam a few years back.
My dad had a first gen cummins he got 650k miles on before it rusted apart. Would have went another 100K if it wasnt for all the road salt in the North East.
Honda has a reputation for reliability. I really only have experience with American vehicles though, and I can tell you that just about anything can be reliabilty if you know enough to determine if the vehicle has been maintained before you buy it, and you keep maintaining it.
