ok, I know that Burberry London smells pretty good, but last time I wore it, it didn't last long at all...we'll see how long it last on me today.
I put it one at 7:30, just over an hour ago and I'll post when the smell is goneDallas Sports/Texas Tech Red Raiders

Nothing should ever be a blind buy PERIOD. Everyone has different chemistry with cologne, so when you come to the crib wearing aventus and you smell like pineapples and heaven, jim comes in wearing it as well, and he smells like @ss and smoke. NEVER

Blind buy........plz I've done it even with high dollar colognes. >_<

Here's my mini review for Royal Oud.
This is a very strong cologne, and you only need 1 (2 MAX) sprays. I sprayed mine on my upper chest/lower neck area at about 8:30am before work. Just to give you some idea, i work in the ER.
Upon first spray, im hit with an almost overwhelming aroma to the senses. Notes of lemon, a deep sandalwood, smoke, and a bit of musk.
About 15 minutes into it the scent settles down into its base, the Oud is still present and is surrounded by spices and smoke.
3:30 comes along and you can still smell it faintly, and by about 5 it dies down almost completely unless you were on top of me smelling it.
Overall when wearing this, i felt like a sultan or english royalty. If i were to walk into the Umaid Bhawan Palace this scent captures what i would imagine the place smelling like. Its a very defined, unique, complex and sexy scent.
Overall 9.5/10I drink like a sailor, but i dress like i own the boat.

Lunch just ended, got 3 compliments from girls. One girl made it look like we made out when she smelled me (words getting around). That made some girls heads turn (Y). I also got 2 compliments from guys which was awkward as f*ck..

All these compliments people are getting I think are a bunch of crock.

My first time posting ITT. I bought Terre d'Hermes at the Hermes flagship store in Paris when it first came out 5-6 years ago, and it's all I've worn since. It's getting more and more popular with each passing year, and since I like to smell unique, I just switched from the eau de toilette to the parfum spray which has a noticeably different smell that I actually prefer (although it's definitely still TDH). So for anyone that's bored with wearing the eau de toilette, spend the extra money and try the parfum... it's excellent.

The thing I don't like about mainstream fragrances is that 90% of them seem to smell so artificial and chemically. They give me a headache.

Out of those I'd say O.S. but because I honestly think you can almost forgo M.I, and lieu of getting something like Unforgivable. M.I. as nice as it is, on me last 4 hrs. max and never gets awesome projection either. Santals are a bit different, I've only smelled O.S. like twice and it has honestly been like 2 years since I smelled it, but I remember being impressed by it not just in terms of the notes and how it smells, but also it gave pretty solid projection and longevity.
WeLustPapes: Thanks for the mini review, now I have to try it.
BTW Stiffdog, the cologne arrived like 4 days ago, everything is great. Sorry I did not get back to your pms, I cleared my inbox (including some of yours) so I could make space so another forum member could pm me.
If anybody needs to know Stiffdog is a legit seller. I'll PM you here in a bit Stiffdog, but thanks again.
Also Wampa (and to Stiffdog) I've been really sick the past 3-4 days so I haven't really been trying the stuff you guys sent me. Although I had my brother smell some of the Noir de Noir and he was immediately turned off (I'm just now getting him into fragrances, he is a complete fragrance newb and I had to give him a full bottle of Le Male so he'd have more to wear than simply just his Chrome).
Anyways, keen to try those as well.
But I feel dreadful still and can smell absolutely nothing at the moment, so I haven't been wearing anything this past week.
Tubeman: Make sure you try before you buy, Homme Intense by Dior is a well liked fragrance, but a lot of people are turned off by the Iris in the top notes.Fitness Journal:

Did you get the full box of CAO Visions or was it just the empty case/humidor? Does it hold humidity well?

In my logic class today I smelt someone wearing fierce. I look around and about 7 seats away from me is this dude reppin a little tight A&F t-shirt so it was a dead giveaway. I wanted to go up to him and be like, "dude were not in highschool anymore, come on now", but it does smell so damn good, and I tend to wear it myself still sometimes

I go between D&G Blue, D&G The One, and Acqua Di Gio.
I smelt some Ralph Lauren Blue for women today in one of my classes though and it put me in attack mode. Girl I used to date wore that **** and even though it's so high school, something about it is just like "LET ME GET DAT."

I also wasn't sold on Tom Ford's Noir de Noir ( or rose scents in general). I was planning on also sampling Le Labo's Rose 31, but now I'm not so sure.
I agree with you on DHI. It's not a good blind buy (definitely sample it first). Since the opening reminds me of play-dough/lipstick. But if you can get past that, the dry down is where this scent shines
