I started out as 150, dropped down to 130, then lifted back up to 155. Still going strong. I want to weigh about 170.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it! @fittofattofit I had started cutting down all the excess fat so all my lifts went down as my weight went down. When I got my bf% a little more reasonable I started gaining lbs to build muscle. It has been a heck of a ride and i'm actually hoping to do a physique competition soon.

Typically I followed high intensity routine like Dorian Yates for awhile but eventually I started hitting plateaus. I changed my routine to one more similar to Layne Norton's approach to get a little more power days in. When I was cutting down I carb cycled with the highest carb day being on my lacking body parts and the lower carb days on some of my stronger body parts. After I cut down reasonably and wanted to gain I would oversaturate my body with nutrients. If I gained a good 4-5 lbs in about 4-5 weeks I would do a mini cut phase for about a week or two to shred some of the fat I gained off and would end up netting about a pound of muscle a month.
