Hill Climbs - Full incline Treadmill @ 3.3mph - 1 mile non-stop
Flat Jogging - 5.5 mph - 1 mile
Cool Down - Level speed walk @ 3.5mph - 1/4 mile
Stretching / foam rolling / mobility work
Those hill climbs are tougher than running I think lol

0.5 Mile run/jog @ 7mph

It wasn't that bad of a sickness, some sort of respiratory crap where I still had most of my mental clarity / energy...It has been lingering for a while tho...
So because of that I still went on my trip to Colorado last week, got back on the 19th so I'll be getting back into the gym soon
I did some light workouts, mobility work, stretching, deep tissue work etc while I was there but nothing crazy
I could definitely feel the elevation difference when I started getting my heart rate up
Pretty cool place to train if you're trying to significantly up your endurance, I'm definitely going back and strongly considering moving there

Treadmill, pullups, pushups, planks, split squats off-on this week, nothing crazy to list just the regular chit
Ran today feel pretty good, body feels healthy and solid, flat, hill climbs, hill sprints, + 1 mile run

Top tier Athletic workout:
(warmups)
ATG Split squats starting body weight then with dumbells, keep heals on ground (not like the gut in vid):
Cossack Squats high reps with bodyweight(high reps):
Heavy DB Bulgarian Split squats:
Heavy Squats:
Nordic curls:
Of course then you hit calves which needs no explanation or vid, but tibialis raises are the ones people forget:

Been dieting and workouts every day, sometimes 2x a day
Cardio is absolutely getting better fast
Body Weight is around 202 in morning fasted
Abs coming back
No crazy weights to report, just allot of time spent in gym every day, hill climbs every single day this week
Probably the most mentally stable I've felt in two years since my accident

Had a long fasted workout today then only ate chicken and drank protein
Crazy good workout cuz I must have re-fed my glycogen stores, I could just keep going and going

Took a bike ride yesterday and did a bunch of rehab work on right knee, it seemed to have gotten aggravated from the hill climbs / squats
It worked and almost better today
Hill Climbs - 1 mile @ 3.3mph average (up to 5mph)
So did that under 20 mins which is a good sign
Hang Cleans up to 185 for singles
Deadlifts up to 335 for light singles, it felt like speed work
Good easier workout on the CNS

I carb depleted pretty bad this weekend
Muscular endurance was at about 10% lol felt weak af
Squated up to 275 (no belt ATG) and benched up to 225 for reps then did BW chinups
