    Agreed. Its really tough to start stretching. Especially when you're not warmed up. But once I do and finish I'm always glad I did. If it wasn't for stretching I would have more injuries and wouldn't be able to work around the minor ones I have now. Its a must.

    - Since I haven't been deadlifting much from my injury and I'm just getting back into it my grip is weak. Last rep of each set felt like the bar was gonna come out, and it was mixed grip! Sh*t has never been a problem for me before so I really need to step things up and fix this. Besides that 455 didn't feel heavy, but it should be a little lighter for me still. Nonetheless this is a plus, my strength is still there even though I haven't been DLing much. Its from all the squatting I'm guessing.

    Didn't feel 100% today. The squat sets and 315 RDL set felt good. Everything else was meh. Gotta work on my grip/deadlift strength/OHP strength. Squats on the other hand are feeling good. My knee is injured yes. But I can work around it thus far and I'm continuing to get stronger.

    Nice man your workouts have been more frequent and no mention of any pain. I think you officially have the ball rolling 100% again after that injury. All lifts are climbing back up and programming looks solid.

    Thanks man. Yeah it seems my back is g2g. I still feel the injury, but its like a 1/10. Gotta work on getting the knot out more. My left knee is bothering me a bit too. But its not bad at all. Still able to work through it. Just gotta keep being smart and rehabbing the best I can. It was the 455 no wrap squat that got me knee hurting again. I just need to stick to the original plan and wrap my knees after 405. Hopefully that misc squat comp wont compromise my self control lol. I know I could hit 475+ right now easy...shiiiiiitttttttt

    That's weird how the BTN pressing hasn't been hit bad my strength loss.
    Maybe because your regular OHP was built to such freakish levels that the layoff brought it down to more normal person levels?
    Whatever the reason, I'm sure Youll have it built back up in due time

    Thanks Woody. Incline CGBP with chains is one of my favs. Gives me a good tricep workout and upper chest becomes more developed.

    I know its really weird. That is for sure a factor I bet. I mean, my max was 250+ at one point no doubt. And I was about 225 when it was like that. Strength is ****ing weird. But yeah, I'm gonna be chasing this lift down and gaining strength fast!

    You ever play around with push press? Might be a good tool to work on explosiveness and allow you to feel those heavier weights again. Nothing crazy heavy or even a lot of work on it, just enough to get a feel for some heavier weight.

    You really like those DB swings eh?

    Yeah, gotta keep those knees safe. We both have learned a lot about proper rehab and working around injuries, so I'm sure we'll be ok.

    That's it. Need to get more used to heavy weight. Next session is gonna be a lighter/BBing one for sure. Very pleased with where my squats are at. That was around the 2nd time I squatted 475 and it was pretty easy. I can't wait to break some PR's!
