What exactly is the Klokov stretch? And I have never tried a proper ice massage I'll have to get some red cups and give that a go soon.
Knee is still sore but better. I'm really working on it a lot.

-- Knee feels ok. Still not 100%. Did the voodoo band thing and I guess I'm using it more effectively now because it is working. The video didn't explain it well enough imo there are different ways of wrapping it and using it. Stretched a lot and iced.

Good to hear that the knee let you get up to 4 plates. Your strength certainly hasn't declined due to the squat layoff

He said it was more difficult because his technique was off and his foot plant slipped. He has 3 plates in him for sure and 4 months ago his max was around 255. SRS. lol I don't really wanna go for an absolute max (something I might not get). At this point the weight is heavy enough to tear a pec (I have felt the feeling already). And also if I fail then I burn my CNS out hardcore. I will hit 405 when I know I have it for a nice single. If everything goes as planned that should be sooner rather than later. Not trying to rush anything however. Just enjoying the journey.
Its not that tall. I used to bench with Oly shoes so I could keep my feel flat. I don't think I am getting as much leg drive as I could and I've thought about throwing my Oly shoes back on to see whats up.

Posting from phone. Haven't had much free time. Knee is still messed up but slowly getting better. Did a regular squat and dead workout, nothing special. A 515 deadlift that was harder than it should have been and worked with 315 for high reps on squats to see where my knee was at. It was able to hold up for the most part so im happy about that. And then the next session it happened....
5x5 bench with 315. I did 6 reps on the last set too and i had 7. Will post full workout when i can but im stoked so i had to let you guys know. I might have 405 now.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Been doing lots of squats but nothing special yet. My knee is still in the recovery process. I did squat 365x3 the other day really easily though. Deadlifts are staying about the same. Once I get back to squatting normally and my knee is better my squat and dead should shoot up. Bench is still shooting up so I figured I would post yesterdays workout.

It really felt like one of my right abs was gonna rip. Srs. My goal is to make 365 my bitch and hit it for 5 soon.
