There is no excuse tho. I always go to bed knowing I could eat more. I need to step up my game. Just to put things in perspective for you. I have gained 70+ lbs in under 4 years and still have visible abs. This is from constantly stuffing my face the whole time.
Also, 2000 cals would = loss of gainz for me, srs.

lol at the 10x2 with 175 after not getting 185x5. good stuff man!! also bad news, I can't squat either. No smolov and no big squat PR before 20 or 700 deadlift as a teen. I might have herniated my lower back but I'm not sure. I'll have to take off maybe a week or few until I fully heal. I'm now only going to GTG HSPUs and train for the one arm pullup and cut as much as possible until I get better. sucks man

4k+ My appetite has been messed up lately, but that's about the average right now. If I could get 4.5k-5k a day I would be g2g. I struggle after about 3.5K right now. I'm taking some stuff that kills my appetite, but no excuses. I know. Time to man up.

my record for no fap is 6 days, then wet dreams arose...never going that long again. Didnt knotice a difference in anything though...ive gotten PR's on a dry spell and right after fapping. I think im just gonna fap whenever the hell i feel liike it LOLOL.

Yeah I just wasted too much time and did it way too much. It messed with my mentality and cawk (think of fapping when you can DOH 405+ on deads). Now I just save as much as I can for the real deal. Pretty sure after fapping the brain releases certain chemicals that make you sleepy too. I do feel more energetic and evened out. There is something to it.
