Thanks bro
Will try, thanks. Nice let me know how that feels is it inzer?
Thanks brah
Yeah I hope so. That crappy diet and bad sleep really ****ed me over.
Thanks Tobi and glad to hear you're back to 405+ again. Stay smart and you'll have that 700+ deadlift like we talked about.
Not taking that negatively at all bro, appreciate it. And lol, both.

You'll get that + more if you really want it bro. Thanks.
Still been hitting the gym every other day. Nothing crazy to report just trying to get back into the groove and everything. My free gym pass is going to expire this sunday so I need to get my equipment over to my new place or buy a gym membership soon. I'm stressing over that the most if you can believe it lol.
Gonna probably hit up some deads today if everything goes as planned. Its too bad the gym has sh*tty hex plates. Oh well.
Post up some new electro tracks if any of you EDM bras have any.

Good sh*t bro, Im not too far off from that now. My squat has just shot up so well these past few months thanks to proper programming.
lol thanks man and you can hit that + more bro, keep workin.
Thanks bro. Hit those fronts with heavy weight and volume. Build that midsection strength up with ab wheel and build that back up more. It will shoot up.
You think if I train with wraps every now and then it will up my squat? In for vid too, post that sh*t brah.
So I have been super busy. Working, moving, cleaning, driving so much and those damn gas prices aren't helping. Anyways I have still been lifting heavy as hell and got a 24 membership for a dammnnnnn good deal. So I feel good about that and I have been making some new friends in the gym that also lift heavy. Then last night I got a U-Haul truck and moved my equipment to my new place. It was a bitch but after I was done I felt a so f*cking relieved. Still training ang making PR', I am def stronger too.
Once again thanks everyone for following me and supporting me even though I haven't had time to keep up with all of your journals. I hope I get my sh*t together soon so I'll have more time to see what you guys are up to.
Here is what I did today. Wish I could list my other workouts but not enough time.
PLing Squat
365x2 (so easy)
375x2 (so easy)
385x2 (easy)
395x2 (ok)
405x1 (challenging but I had 1 more)
315x8 (had wayyy more lol ****)
Bench
275x7 (easy as hell, had 3 more)
285x6 (2-3 more)
285x5 (2 more)
CGBP
225x5
255x5 (More)
Shrugs
405x10
405x10
405x10 (easy but keeping it light because its been a while)
Chins
BWx10
BWx8
BWx8
Light Curls for my tendons
12's x 30
20's x 30
20's x 30
Ab Wheel
Knees x 10
Standing x 8 (almost full ROM)
This was at home. At the gym I do more isolations and volume. Still decent session with my cuz. My body weight is around 220 now with visible abs. I'm thinking on a good day my squat is 440. Bench is 355. Deadlift is 540. SOHP 230. All conservative numbers that I know I can hit. I am positive I could do a little more. I wanna max but I am not trippin over that and simply having fun lifting and getting stronger.
I have more to say and vids I need to put up but that's it for now. Hope you bros are doing well and making PR's.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Damn man nice work. Glad to see you got your home gym back up. Cool you were able to meet some guys that lift heavy at your gym too. I have still yet to see anyone at my gym load up more than 3 plates and do even 1 squat to proper depth

That 5x5 SOHP w/ 185 was the easiest its ever been. I was stoked. Time for 190 soon. And I know I got a 3x3 w/ 210-215. All paused between reps too. Feeling really good and its awesome lifting outside. I'm loving the DE too. I feel much fresher right now. I'll be doing DE every other day, then volume, then ME. Something like that at least. Work on my weak points. Fix them and fuck sh*t up.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Yeah its gonna be full body and every other day lifting because of my tendinitis. The funny thing is I make better progress with more rest anyways. Full body programs have always treated me well. My strength is the best its ever been and I am the biggest I have ever been because of them. I haven''t really done much of a split for almost a year. I usually hit one exercise super hard on my lifting day and keep the other ones slightly toned down. I was wayyyy overtraining a year or two ago.

Indeed
Haha for sure man
Thanks man, yeah I saw that 573 DL, strong stuff
I actually have that and saw this video a while ago. Need to go grab it at my old place. It helps a little for me, but nothing like they make it out to be. High rep, light weight DB curls + advil and ice after helps me the most.
Yep. I couldn't live where I was living anymore. The new place is cool and I thoroughly enjoy lifting outside. I do need to whip everyone into shape though and get it cleaner. I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness and everyone around here is lazy and dirty. Things will change though haha, I'm slowly weaseling my way in and getting everyone to pitch in. People are thanking me for getting it cleaner too. It really needed it.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

There is a world class powerlifting gym literally 1 min 30 sec away from me. Most of the lifters there are elite and some hold world records. I went there 2x last weekend. First time I chatted with the owner for about a half hour and the second time I was invited to watch DE day. A handful of the guys worked their way up to 500 on speed box squats lol. Needless to say after seeing that I figured I would implement some DE into my training because I wanna get strong.
The owner was telling me how I needed to get to 275 for maximum leverage. How I could DL 800+, squat 800+ and bench 600+. It was a little overwhelming. Since most people who go there end up quitting the cost for him to train me was mighty expensive. Which I completely understand, however I cannot afford that at the moment. Nor do I know if I wanna get that big lmao. At the moment I'm still trying to get a little bigger and way stronger, but I also wanna have visible abs and be able to run etc. He pretty much said the only way he would train me was if I wanted to get that big and strong. So I dunno about that. Anyways it was a badass gym and cool to see people that strong. A few guys were absolute monsters.
Oh yeah and he thought my 600 DL goal was setting the bar way too low. I was told he could get me there in a few months given my current max. Now THAT had me intrigued.

lol thanks

Squats were pretty easy but its still 5x5 after all. I got terrible sleep last night so my body did not want to lift today and I was not 100%. On top of that my tendinitis flared really bad so I decided it would be smart to cut out all upper body work. My form was looking/feeling damn solid on those squats however, its definitely the lightest 345 has ever felt. On a good day I have 355x5x5.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

lol I will. I was planning on doing trips with 315-320 on bench today but my tendons were flaring hardcore so no go. Hopefully they'll feel better soon. Part of the problem is not having my handy elliptical here to warm up on properly now. So I need to think of a good way to warm up my entire body before lifting now. Maybe walk with light weights in my hands? But isn't that what old people do? lol....
And for the electronica brahs:
