Yeah I know but I like to hit the gym once or twice a week just to mix things up and actually get to see other people working out. Today for instance, I watched this dude drag a bench from the dumbbell area over to the smith. I'm thinking he's probably going to do some shoulder presses or bench in the smith, nope...he puts a 5 or 10# weight on one side, lays down on the bench on starts doing some neck exercises. Whatever, I guess it has it's not totally without merit. I have an actual neck harness in my garage and the boxing gym I used to workout at had an actual neck machine. I used to do a lot of direct neck work when I wrestled in junior high and high school but it's not something I've done lately.

Plus, my garage is really freaking cold right now.

While I agree, I was just curious if anybody was having anything good. We do the standard turkey, stuffing(homeade), mashed taters, gravy, cranberry, but we have sweet potato pie instead of pumpkin.
