    stop worrying about what other people do hes genetically above alot of people and you have no need to compare yourself to him, what works for him wont neccesarily work for you. He could get the same amount of calories from something else and be just as ripped. Worry about yourself and calculate your own macros and calories using the stickys

    But what is the purpose of a mass gainer compared to a normal protein shake?

    Mass Gainer basically contains more in 1 serving so it's almost like a direct meal replacement?
