He is saying he has like so many weight gainer's - is that good or bad? Why is he having so much? When he says weight gainer does he basically mean a protein shake?

stop worrying about what other people do hes genetically above alot of people and you have no need to compare yourself to him, what works for him wont neccesarily work for you. He could get the same amount of calories from something else and be just as ripped. Worry about yourself and calculate your own macros and calories using the stickys

The physique of people on that site (especially the women ) are great, but I can't wrap my head around the meal plans and supplements that these bros eat.
