IMO McNabb lost his mojo and is finished. McNabb ran the WC offense in philly with success yet struggled in the Vikings offense with AP in the back field. McNabb couldn't even understand Shanahan's playbook in Washington so don't think he'll be much of a help here in Mike Martz's system.

I think it's it more likely that Norv Turner would become the OC, if you want a former HC. His playbook relies on some of the same concepts as Martz.'

But since this is the Bears, they'll probably promote Shane Day to OC or something.
