whats is your wrist size?, that will give an indication of your body frame size. If you're very small framed a 'good weight' will not be the same as a larger framed person

i would say for small framed 150's, medium 160's and large 170's

but it really depends on how your body looks, everybody is diff

I feel as long as you aren't unhealthily skinny or fat, then there is no such thing as a 'good' weight. It's based upon personal preference.
