Breakfast Pizza
Batter
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1 tsp oregano
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
In a large bowl gradually add 1/2 cup milk to the 1/2 cup flour. Mix well. Add a pinch of salt and 3 eggs and mix vigorously. Add 1 tsp oregano and mix again.
Preheat a non stick oven safe pan on medium-high for a minute or two. Pour the batter in all at once. Let cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom starts to set.
Add pizza toppings of your choice(top half of batter will still be liquid) and place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 450 degrees and bake for 10 minutes more.
I would save my cheese for the last 10 minutes so it doesn't burn.
Also you can pull the oregano out and mix in cinnamon some sugar and maybe some vanilla. Cook as directed and top with powdered sugar and syrup. The batter will take all kinds of flavors.June 2010 -287 lbs

I've been altering the base recipe for this the last few times, I think this was spot on apart from the fact I couldn't add any SF/FF pudding mix as I had run out. Ah well heres my Pumpkin Cheesecake with Sludge and bananas.
