Gigantic main meal: Roasted broccoli, garlic & black pepper baked potato wedges, a big egg white scramble w/ chilly flakes, & my custom, homemade BBQ sauce!
Cinnamon baked sweet potato wedges
Trutein cinnabun protein pudding w/ frozen mango chunks, almond butter & coconut oil
The same cinnabun protein pudding, frozen mango chunks, almond butter & coconut oil all mixed up!

chocolatey cottage cheese pancakes w pb and banana
sausage egg n cheese bagel, broccoli, hash browns, spooky pop tart
the spread
whites + maple oats w berries, CR ezekiel w smart balance
turkey meatball sub w italian blend cheese, oven fries, green beans, strawberry milkshake pop tart
Billy's oven baked oatmeal recipe below
mix ins added - banana, cadbury mini eggs, dark chocolate, pb
Billy's Oven Baked Oatmeal
90g.oats
80g.whites
80g.ffgy
12g. sf ff pudding
34g. dymatize gourmet
8oz almond milk
1tsp baking powder
Cals before mix ins : 621 - 9.6/81.7/51.1
11g. reeses pb chips
16g. cadbury mini eggs
1 trader joe 100 cal dark choc bar
60g. banana
34g. planters pb
Cals after mix ins : 1,134 - 40.7/128/64.5
Mix the first set of ingredients and Bake at 350 for 20-35 mins.
Add other mix ins and allow to cool for about 5 mins. Dig in!

BNizzle's Very Strawberry Muffins
55g. hungry jack complete ww pancake mix
15g. ww flour
1 1/2tsp baking powder
10g. vanilla sf/ff puddnig mix
4oz almond milk
cinnamon
3 egg whites
65g. ff gy
20g. myofusion vanilla protein
60g. unsweetened apple sauce
2 tblspoons splenda
50g. chopped strawberries
mix dry ingredients then add wet and mix well. Fold in chopped up strawberries. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 20 mins

I see you too like to use pancake mix for baked goods. Just a heads up if you ever see the Kodiak brand mixes they are amazing! Here's the website http://www.kodiakcakes.com/product-i...trition-facts/ and if you can usually find them at a big lots/dollar store so they are really cheap.

2/7 rest day meals
Garlic & Herb, EVOO roasted brussels sprouts with 390g cayenne pepper,paprika+apple cider vinegar marinated tilapia
(The delicious meat marinade I used is: 1 TSP cayenne pepper, 1 TSP paprika, & 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar)
Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff (Was thick!)
(Basically a normal strawberry vanilla protein fluff but after that I added 148g FULL FAT cream cheese for my high fat rest day! P.S. Didn't do it this time, but if a REAL cheesecake flavored protein fluff is what you want, you can even add fresh squeezed lemon juice and grate some lemon rind into the fluff!)
