Delicious junk bowl of my standard base (GY, sf/ff pudding mix - butterscotch here, ON cnc casein, a little vanilla) and added pumpkin pie ice cream (local store brand but it's my favorite w/ actual crust chunks and a real pumpkin swirl... it's awesome), almond butter and pretzels

2/19 Rest day meals
Lots of broccoli & mushrooms w/ garlic & herb seasoning topped with 4 over-easy eggs with delicious slightly runny yolks. On the side is another bowl of regular scrambled eggs w/ black pepper & crushed red pepper

Slightly Modified Pumpkin Protein Bars (Jamie Eason's Recipe)
(The macros shown do not account for putting protein sludge on top)
Directions: Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Mix ^ all that stuff up and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
The original recipe is healthier, so if you search for Jamie Eason's Protein Bars you can follow her instructions instead.

So for my bday dinner we hit Fogo De Chao AYCE Brazilian BBQ in Beverly Hills...I took a pic of a couple plates but then I was too busy eating meats, had at least 2lbs of deliciousness!

I was sick and had a bunch of beef to cook up so my gf and I made chili...3lbs boneless short ribs, 1lb ground sirloin and almost 1lb of tri tip
Cooked it all day then had a bunch of it over a bunch of white rice
Next day had it on top of a cheese omelette
Carrot, orange, beet & ginger juice @ EarthBar West Hollywood

2/20 WO day meals
Cocoa powder & egg white Chocolate Lava Cake (in GIANT bowl) w/ 1kg of sliced baked sweet potatoes.
(Chocolate lava cake is 2 cartons of egg whites, 50g of unsweetened cocoa powder, & stevia to taste whisked, then microwaved in a large microwave safe bowl to desired fudge-cake consistency)
Vanilla ice cream protein shake topped with a box of fresh blackberries, 3 sliced bananas, fresh raspberries, almond butter & organic honey.
(The ice cream base is 40g ON Vanilla ice cream, a handful of ice, cup of water, 1 tsp xanthan gum blended up
There is 300g sliced bananas, 380g fresh blackberries, 60g fresh raspberries, 28g almond butter, 1 tbsp (21g) honey)

Lots of eating this weekend. I cant take credit for all of the pics, but everything is what I had.
Cucumber Delight:Square One Organic Vodka, cucumbers and melon also had a Fraise Fling: Strawberries, lychees, Cap Rock Organic Vodka, agave, Prosecco. Cucumber drink was better than the strawberry. Cucumber is amazing in drinks
Deviled eggs. nom nom nom
Steak with chimichurri, chicken enchiladas, corn with smoked paprika/cotija cheese. Enchiladas were awesome
Brie, apple, onion jam
Not pictured: brown butter sage popcorn---pretty good
Bacon and tater tot lollies. the bacon was amazing! crispy and salty/sweet
Beignets...no way to describe how amazing these were. With chocolate, raspberry & caramel dipping sauces

Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate chip ice cream. Cake was meh, but love cream cheese frosting
Went to a restaurant sunday night that wasnt that good (maple syrup in a manhattan?!), but they bring cotton candy out with the check. Redeeming factor.

vegan chocolate cake. obviously not in any way vegan considering my desserts have meat in them, but I can never resist making joy the baker posts when I have the ingredients and this was really good. hahaI don't have time to lift - I make time.
