Cajun tilapia, wild and brown rice, green beans. Cost me about 5 bucks total, meets my macros, was easy to clean up, and even my 2 year old is having a second helping.

Some recent eats
The XXXL Burger at Fatburger in Las Vegas. 24oz of beef after cooking.
Strawberry Cheesecake. Whole thing was 80g protein, 80g carbs and 25g fat.
Homemade Burrito, didn't bother with the macros on this.

Spinach, bacon, mushrooms & a few drops of ketchup.
Protein Cake.
(super easy; mix 2 eggs, 55g vanilla whey, splash of water, stirr all in bowl and nuke for 1-3 minutes depending on your microwave power. Only 400 calories, 70g protein, 16g fat, 3g carbs.)
Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

Ive adjusted your recipe for a low carb cheesecake ( only low carb diets could eat this)
one egg, one scoop banana protein, 3 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon real vanilla, 1 tablespoon splenda and a little water to make it creamy thick
I do it in a small bowl for 2 minutes in microwave. OMG
