Poverty meal time:
Bought this stuff + 1.5kg of pork. $3 USD.
My friend from Ghana gave me an easy stew recipe that I've put a small twist on, making it spicy instead of plain savory, and using pork instead of beef.
Comes out like this every time. Feels good to be eating a lot of vegetables that actually taste good. Quite a bit spicy, and very filling. From the ingredients above, I can get 4-5 large plates from it.
Also finished off (with friends) the last of the zongzi 粽子 we had from the holiday yesterday! Date flavored zongzi = win.*** Never half ass my replies crew

Just a day in the life......
Breakfast pancake (whole grain corn meal pancake batter, egg whites, omega eggs, pb2, little water, baking soda/powder, cream of tarter, sweet n low) Topped with WF marshmallow, caramel and chocolate syrups!
Post WO chocolate whey iso shake, fat free, plain greek yogurt with WF caramel syrup mixed in, low fat pretzel sticks.
Saturday evening weekly cheat meal!!
French Onion Soup......the real deal period!
Brat and Bacon burger on a pretzel bun.....this thing was epic in size smell and taste!
Carrot Cake (my personal favorite dessert item bar none!)
Safe to say this was a true CHEAT as this did not certainly fit my macros I am sure of it....and don't really care either....its a cheat after all!
The bill was not too bad either if I may say so..

Macros as listed: 60 carbs, 16f, 48p
1/2c arrowhead mills multigrain pancake mix
183g egg whites (great value)
3 omega 3 eggs (large)
2 tbsp pb2
Must cook in frying pan covered on low for 20 minutes to allow it to rise and get fluffy, thus the use of baking powder/soda, cream of tarter. Very filling which is a surprise the first couple times a I made this.UNBA Men's Physique Athlete
