Awesome Bob! I totally felt you or shaz should have started the new one. Strong first post btw.
I've been holding out on some eats because I was waiting for the new one, here goes:
Spinach and Provolone pizza with added chicken bacon
cheeseburger with potato wedges
Cheeseburger with sliced ham, surprisingly good.
big ol' salad with stuffed pita. There's havarti cheese, corned beef, scallops and bay lobster pate
Jordan's morning crisp cereal (Chocolate chip + bursting with nuts), A Quest bar (Chocolate Brownie) all dowsed with a muscle milk Chocolate RTD
BnJ Strawberry Cheesecake. 7.5/10. Base wasn't all that spectacular, the graham cracker swirl was delicious and very present however.

Banana Protein Buns topped with Vanilla Fluff
- lost the exact recipe, unfortunately, but it was based on flour, yeast, 2 eggs, 1 banana and a few raisins in there baked for 7-8 minutes
- fluff was 40g vanilla whey + 50g skim milk
Made 9 of these for post-workout happy time!
Chocolate Banana Cheesecake
- 200g cream cheese + 250g quark
- 3 eggs
- 100ml skim milk
- 60g chocolate whey
- 1 banana
- sweetener + cinnamon mixed in
- crushed almonds on top
~1100 calories
