I love this cycle of marathon training and lifting.

Sorry it's been so long since I posted in here. Since starting marathon training, have you noticed a decline in strength?

No prob with the extended absence!! Trust me, I've been fairly inactive on the logs of others, as well. Well, I've seen a slight plateau/decrease in strength (at least according to the 1RM calculators) recently. Probably attributed to my cut which started a few months back, or the marathon training...or both.
Appreciate ya stopping by!! Hope you've been well!Second Bulk Underway...

LOL...thanks!! I don't really have a goal weight. My plan is to cut until about 3-4 weeks before the marathon...then start my bulk. I'll probably be upper 180's by then.
Thanks, bro!!

Haha...I is alive, bro!! Busy as fark..but I be alive. Lets see...just finished my cut on Sunday, and started my bulk yesterday. Still training for that marathon, lifting hard, went back to school...and work is going well. I hardly have time to sleep...and VERY MUCH miss my friends here. Once this marathon is over, I'm hoping to have more time for BB.com forums. Ok...here is the rundown.
Weight at the end of my cut: 190
5/3/1 Lifts
Bench: 190x1
Dead Lift: 325x2
Standing OHP: 110x3
Squats: 245x2
Some pics taken at the end of my cut. I know...I know. Bulking is underway!!

Damn, Nutrition Logs seems dead as hell!! This used to be the place to hang out many moons ago. Feel like I've been unhealthy for so long. I remember the good times, and came back here to reminisce. Think I really came back here to motivate myself. Reading over my log has actually pissed me off. I used to be so fit, so dedicated, so healthy. I made an attempt to return a couple years back, but it didn't happen. Think I'm back to honestly get back on track this time!!
