alright i wanna know is doing like 50 jumping jacks and runnin the stairs (13 steps total) 15 times good to get the heart pumpin before i do my weight liftin for cuttin up? im doing a very light today, only 30 percent of one rep max for 20-30 reps. i want to work on my endurance , so will jumpin jacks and the stairs help with endurance? plus ill do stairs 10 more times after liftin. (liftin for like 45mins)
