alright i wanna know is doing like 50 jumping jacks and runnin the stairs (13 steps total) 15 times good to get the heart pumpin before i do my weight liftin for cuttin up? im doing a very light today, only 30 percent of one rep max for 20-30 reps. i want to work on my endurance , so will jumpin jacks and the stairs help with endurance? plus ill do stairs 10 more times after liftin. (liftin for like 45mins)

To get the "heart pumpin" it's all individual. For someone that's morbidly obese, this could be one "hell of a warmup".. however, for someone in good cardiovascular shape.. this could be a breeze. Do whatever works for you.
At the end of the day, it all boils down to the fact that cardio = cardio.
