Hey guys! This week was another good week. I feel like my maxes on deadlift and bench press have definitely gone up. I mean I was able to do 225 3 times on my last set on Bench. 225 was my max lol! I also did 405 three times on my second set of deadlift, it was extremely heavy though, but still, my max on deadlift was 425! As far as weight loss goes, Im went up to 229 again. It seems impossible to get stronger and loss weight! All well.. If I am going to win this competition its going to be with my lifts and now my weight loss. I am strill getting between 140 - 200 grams of protein everyday, and between 2500 and 3000 calories. I have decided to stop taking the cardio kickboxing class on lift days. I feel like it may be a little to intense, and may hinder muscle growth. All and all, Im just keeping on keeping on. Thanks for checking in!

Tried to fix my deadlift form, now my back rounds!! Any help would be appreciated.
I found out that the federation that I am going to lift for at my first meet, requires heels flat on floor, so I will need to fix that. My arch won't be nearly as pronounced, but I am not sure how much it will affect my weight.
