Time to cut all this fat from surgery off..
I'll try and keep up as best I can..
Only been back at it 2 weeks, back is still sore, and incision very tender.
Probably wont post nutrition much as I only randomly track these days to make sure I'm in a deficit. Will be mainly to see how my lifts come back up.

Back and shoulders today..
Lat pulldowns 150x5x10
DB rows 60x5x10
DB press 45x3x10, 50x3x10
DB shrugs 55x3x10, 70x5x10
Face pulls 100x3x10, 110x3x10
Pull-ups bwx5x5
This gym only has this weird small BB just laying around don't know what it weighs. Loaded 25's on each side and tried a set of deads. Back isn't ready for that yet.

I'm actually looking to recomp more than cut. Dre is right, I'm at my limit right now. I like this weight and don't particularly want to lose anything. I do however want to get rid of this fat on my stomach. I don't want to spend another summer feeling fat and bloated like last year. I'm going to maybe drop 10lbs no more. Then start a very very slow bulk in the spring. I should be good for summer that way.
I have an appointment on Tuesday with my army doctors to see if I'm going to a medical review board to get medically retired. If they approve it I won't have anymore weigh-ins and it's all systems go up to 200 before another cut.
I also won't make the same mistake as last bulk where I just ate whatever whenever I wanted. I'm going slow and trying to minimize fat gains. I'm carrying some decent LBM right now. I look far more muscular now than I did pre-bulk.Last edited by miacanesfan25; 01-26-2013 at 07:43 PM.

I tend to agree, I've never seen any progress eating at maintenance which is why I decided a small cut would be most beneficial right now. I've been back at the diet and lifting roughly 3 weeks, have only lost about 2-3 lbs and am already looking much better. I'm just kind of playing it by ear and going with the mirror.
Wheels today.. No squat bars in this gym so many a bro sets of leg press it is..

Leg day, had to work with what was available.
Smith squats 135x5x5 (no back pain)
Calf raises 2ppsx5x10
Leg press machine 225x5x10
Leg extensions 165x5x10
Seated calves 135x3x10
Little sleep last night was exhausted after that. Need to start doing some post workout cardio but dread it.
Also need to start up abs again soon.
Rest day tomorrow.
Dinner tonight: 4 johnsonville Italian sausage, Alfredo pasta, corn bread.
