When I do squats, my left side usually gets a bigger, more noticeable pump than my right, and although I am trying to correct this 'imbalance', it still happens. Is it probably no big deal?
My positioning of my feet seems perfectly fine one is not too far in front of too far in back.
why does this happen?

Left leg more pumped. why?
The Socialist Party candidate for President of the US, Norman Thomas, said this in a 1944 speech: "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "liberalism," they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."
Triceps Emphasis:
Overhead exercises = long head
Standard presses and pressdowns = lateral head
Underhand/reverse grip exercises = medial head

You're probably pushing with one leg more than the other or your twisting your body. Happened to me once. Big black guy came and helped me out for 20 mins and corrected my form. Nicest guy ever. Now squat with great form. I recommend you find your own big black guy to correct yours. srs.

thats weird because if i am pushing with one leg more wouldn't the bar make me lose balance?
Dont feel like im twisting my body.
Honestly the only explanation I can see is harder pushing, but it doesnt feel like it.The Socialist Party candidate for President of the US, Norman Thomas, said this in a 1944 speech: "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. Normally happens to me on the heavier weight loads , your most likely leaning on your stronger side , or leaning too far forward . Try do lunges with the barbell and you'll see just how bad the imbalance is .
Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

It's what the dude up Thier said,my bad man didn't see the name, but anyways he has the basis, what you are doing is pushing more with one leg, your not twisting your body at all,or it'd be obvious, your one leg is just a bit stronger and since it is stronger, your body senses that, and when it does it's going to do the best it can to get the Wieght up. So your one leg is pushing more but you don't notice, your not loosing balance bc you have, well good balance and a solid enough core to hold your self(duh) this isn't rare at all, actually very common,so don't worry bout it. You need to lower the Wieght, and take it slow down, like slow as ****,and low as **** ass to grass I prefer, but anyways when you take It down slow, you not only tear down all the muscles going on your positive but you actually tear down more muscle doing negatives than postives, that's why HIIT is effective. If my single does get more of a workout than the other I do single leg -leg press pretty deep to get the wear down for a 4 quads. So in good advice, you leg should be getting more pumped means your going to heavy, drop the Wieght and drop the ass to man.
