Called the Ortho and was told I would have no problem getting in with the Phys Asst in a couple days for the elbow. Then they read the MRI and scheduled me with the actual Doc for a surgery consult 2 weeks from now.
So, not the news I wanted at this point.

Elbow was pretty pissed after the incline bench session last week = more popping and catching
I kept bugging the Doc to tell me what I could do, and he decided to give me a 5 lb weight limit. I laughed for a minute and explained that it took more than 5 lb to roll out of bed in the morning and that he wouldn't have liked the workouts Ive done since the MRI!

The riding and other stuff over the weekend put the R elbow right back where it was 3 weeks ago. Will see a non-cutting Doc in a couple more weeks for a second opinion on how to handle this.
