Im just curious about everyones time spent at the gym during a training session. Im aware everyone will be different but i would like to see the scale.
Just place a rough estimate just for fun

There has been claims and notices that training too long promotes a increase in cortisol levels. However, I think its entirely up to anyone. If it takes you 1.5 hours to 2 hours to get your workout done, (assuming that you have a Solid nutrition and get Good sleep) and you've been making gains then honestly...it shouldn't be a problem.
