Hey guys
So i've decided not to buy peanut butter, as I just can't control myself around it (one tablespoon is SO small for 100 calories).
I'm trying to get some ideas on alternative SOURCES of fat. Mayo is good for my chicken and bacon subs! Anything you can recommend for sweeter dishes? Or to eat with oats in the morning? thanks

Bratwurst or other pork sausage, red meat, cheese, eggs

Current Goals: Long-term Bulking (Started 9/4/11 at 148 lb., ~10% BF)
Stats:
6'1", 156 lb., don't know BF since bulking but only a little gain
Current Macro's:
200P, 420C, 80F = 3,200 Calories
Total Calories: 3,600

Beef, cheese, ice cream, milk, butter, olive oil and fish oil pills. I don't really think of any of them as a "fat source" though. Looking at that list of foods I just mention, it occurs to me how ****ty my life would be if all the cows were to up and die.
