Fairly new to lifting - Should I be cutting while I'm doing SS?

So I've been doing SS as described in one of the threads on here (with Pendlay Rows replacing Power Cleans) and I'm increasing the weights consistently, but I was wondering if I should be trying to cut while I'm doing this or wait till I hit somewhat of a wall, then progress from SS and start a cut. Been lifting since the 25th of October and for the past week I've been been trying to keep to around 2000 calories daily. I'm not sure about my body fat percentage but I definitely have more than I'd like.

I'm just a bit clueless in general I guess, so any tips to make my routines a bit better will help.

Is 74.5KG too low to do a cut anyway, even though I'm a bit of a manlet?

You should cut when you have a good amount of lean body mass so you will actually look like you lift when you're shredded.

    How much fat is it?

You can lose fat while gaining, but you don't need to do a serious cut.

Diet correctly, lift for size, you'll be on the way.

I'm not entirely sure how much body fat it is but i'd say it's in the realm of slightly chubby.

So I shouldn't bother doing a serious cut yet? Just eat healthier and build some muscle mass?
