My buddy's toro took about 3 months to break in. My inzer is at like a year and I could probably sell it as brand new. I think he drove over it with his car though to soften it up. They are pretty much the same though, the levers are all made by the same company even.

Halfway through a dreamer cut for the summer holiday i've got coming up in 6 weeks time and I just feel like im spinning dem wheels given that I should be bulking (im ~15% bf 171lbs 6'0)
Basically i've known all along I need muscle-mazz but been hoping to trim down just for this holiday. The past week or so been considering just moving to maintenance then to infinity and beyond and not givin a fuk about cutting for a week in the sun where i'll be heavily influenced anyway.

realistically how much front delt work do you really need?
push/pull/legs rest repeat
push: 5x db Bench
5x db shoulder press
5x dips
4x inc flyes
That's twice a week? Need more or is it covered with getting hit on other stuff
side and rear flyes I do on leg dayblue checkered button up from banana and jeans <3
