Some upper
SLDLs-
face pulls-
One-arm DB rows-
Lat pulldowns-
DB press-
power workout came out to be one hour long. quite short. my poor boyfriend's workouts suffer when we train together. lol I can't help but stare from afar :P
Met a white knight at the gym stopping his workout to load my plates onto my barbell or unload the plates when he noticed I was unloading the plates. /mixedfeelingsaboutit
Sadly my calves still have residual soreness from a couple days ago.
Went to the University health clinic today since "Tom" is 3 weeks late, and had a couple other annual tests administered. The nurse practitioner certainly gave her advice on me taking creatine and suggesting that may be one of the reasons my period is late- taxing my kidneys and such. She also said lifting probably adds to it, etc etc. It was a lot of me listening rather than her listening to me lol She was sweet nonetheless.
Walking the dogs today at the park. Will be amaaaazing. I miss those buggers.

This week was less methodological. Just felt like giving myself a “break” by doing what I felt like doing. It was mentally and physically relaxing this way for me.
Diet:
Chicken, fish, spring mix, green grapes, cottage cheese, eggs, cheese and broccoli in different variations throughout the week.
Supplements:
Controlled Labs Orange Triad – 3 capsules, twice a day (first and last meal)
Controlled Labs Oximega fish oils- 3 capsules, twice a day (first and last meal)
Controlled Labs Green Bulge (creatine)- 5 capsules/day
Controlled Labs White Flood (NEW juicy grape ) pwo- training days only
Great week ahead…
Finishing up writing Christmas cards, planning gift ideas, etc since I’ll be in Chi-town for Christmas break.

Took up swimming laps at the gym for cardio and I've been definitely enjoying it! I enjoy variety
Had "rest" days on Tuesday and the day before Thanksgiving on Wednesday (since my friend and I hosted a potluck and I spent the whole day with him). Unfortunately I did not take pictures of all the food. It was true madness with all the food!
Got the chance to swim on Thanksgiving day.
Anyways, training for three days follow:
My right knee is screaming mercy at me today for some reason. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow.
Diet:
Chicken, spring mix, broccoli, cottage cheese (morning), banana, and Thanksgiving food on Thanksgiving...a little other random food from going out to eat.
Supplements:
Controlled Labs Orange Triad – 3 capsules, twice a day (first and last meal)
Controlled Labs Oximega fish oils- 3 capsules, twice a day (first and last meal)
Controlled Labs Green Bulge (creatine)- 5 capsules/day
Controlled Labs White Flood pwo- training days only
Last two weeks of school then GRADUATION!
Then flying out to Chicago for three weeks during the winter break.
Additional pictures of my "son":
Never thought I'd have a cat in my life (since I've had five dogs), but I'm glad I do. Cats are fun.

Ahh your current gym has a pool. That's the only reason I switched to LT, for the aquatics, or holy ham that would be way too much to pay for just lifting. I never even intended to lift at LT, I still have a membership elsewhere, lol, but the one out here has every piece of equipment you would ever need and nobody is ever in the power racks or squat racks. Worth the money if you're going to go a few times a week to lift AND swim. Makes me rage though when they have the kids b-day parties there on Saturdays, you get 50 short maniacs running wild through the locker room. I don't know why people take kids out in public.
Mirin' the kitteh snooping around the shopping bag.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

what the funk?
Birthday parties at the gym? That was unheard of until you posted that there!
How much are you paying for LT? (Besides an arm and a leg)
I heard there's a tanning bed in there. Most LA fitnesses have a lap pool.
I'll be without the trouble maker for three weeks. He'll miss me. I hope.

Haha, yeah the parties were something they did not mention when I signed up. I'm paying $79/mth which yeah is a lot, but I mean for as often as I go it's worth it. And I'll spend like 3+hrs there, lift, swim, hot tub, sauna, snack at cafe. As weird as this sounds I REALLY like the locker rooms, not so much the naked people running around almost sitting on my ipod lol, but it's very clean and has a ton of space so you can do what you need to do. We don't have tanning in ours (it's OH, I guess a lot of the southern states do) but we have bball courts and rockclimbing which I have yet to try, and a really girly looking spa/salon, meh. OH!! And in the spring/summer they open the outdoor pools with WATERSLIDES!

IN!
Smileyyyyyyy! You're so pretty! Yay for fellow Asian liftin'! Haha. I'm so jealous! You haven't "blobbed" up because of lifting at all! You're bulking really nicely.. AND you're getting stronger.
How long did it take you to be doing BW Dips and Chin-Ups?
